RemoteAccess Version 2.60 gamma 2

This is the long awaited y2k upgrade to
RemoteAccess Shareware.  In addition to 
the Year 2000 fix (which uses the full 
four digit year) there are some 
additional features.  Be sure to read 
the WHATSNEW.TXT file.
